Data Deletion Rights
Users have the right to request the deletion of their data. If a user contacts us directly or via the in-app Delete Account option, we will collect their email for communication and resolving their issue. Users can request the deletion of their email and associated data from our records by contacting us through the same email address. We will respond promptly and take the necessary actions to delete their data.
Instructions for Requesting Data Deletion
To request data deletion, users should:
- Send an email to contact@clickhivestudios.com from the email address registered with the app.
- Use the subject line “Account Deletion Request”. Include all necessary details in the email.
- Read our Privacy Policy to understand how we use data.
